I’m a creative executive, art nerd, and advocate for inclusive representation based in the Bay Area. I’m dedicated to building diverse, high-performing design teams that foster creativity and redefine industry standards—all while maintaining exceptional quality. With two decades of experience spanning tech, media, and publishing, I specialize in scaling design operations and optimizing creative workflows while building vibrant, innovative teams. As former Director of Product Creative at Meta, I led Facebook’s first comprehensive flexible illustration system and established guidance for meeting DEI standards in visual design. I spearheaded identity-driven initiatives including the Cultural Moments program and launched Lift Black Voices (LBV), celebrating Black culture and engaging young adults.

My career includes creative leadership roles at influential organizations like Refinery29, GQ, and Maxim, along with consulting work for Apple and NBC. Throughout my journey, I’ve consistently focused on building safe environments that deliver transformative impact. Beyond my corporate work, I launched Pur·suit, a digital archive and deck of playing cards reimagining Catherine Opie’s seminal work from the 90s, in partnership with artist Naima Green.

My work has been recognized by The Webby Awards, American Photography, Photo District News, the American Society of Magazine Editors, and SPD. In my downtime I love hiking Bay Area trails with my family, uncovering hidden art treasures, and enjoying ice cream all year long!
