%67 project
As Creative Director, I led Refinery29's 67% project a groundbreaking campaign addressing the disparity in media representation, where 67% of U.S. women wear a size 14 or larger but account for less than 2% of advertising and media images. I directed the creation of impactful, viral content that celebrated diverse body types, aligned cross-departmental teams under a unified vision, and championed authentic casting to redefine industry standards for inclusivity. Spearheading a collaboration with Getty Images, I launched the No Apologies collection, filling the visual landscape with thousands of inclusive images that challenged outdated norms. This initiative catalyzed change, inspiring plus-size representation across runway shows, campaigns, and media while achieving 773 million press impressions. By driving creative innovation, this project helped reshape cultural narratives and establish a lasting benchmark for authentic representation.
67% x Getty Images Collaboration

To scale the initiative’s impact, I spearheaded a partnership between Refinery29 and Getty Images, launching the No Apologies collection. This collaboration populated the visual landscape with thousands of inclusive, authentic images, challenging outdated standards and inspiring the evolution of representation across industries. The project celebrated diversity and addressed the urgent need for imagery that reflects the real experiences of women, from body size to cultural identity.
This library helped plus-size companies and mainstream fashion houses to access inclusive images and casting, with runway shows and campaigns featuring plus-size women. Media and advertising companies followed suit, elevating the models we discovered to the faces of national and international campaigns.
